The staff was rude , and they went into the room and went throught make-up clothes , perfume and the bed. So , she checked out and went to another hotel

Ramona was excellent she she upsold the members program and made sure we were taken care of. She apologied several times about the key program not working. She was super helpful. Her Customer service was A1

The lady at the front desk was so helpful she did a lovely job welcoming us she came help me with my tv she was so nice and the breakfast was delicious I would love to come back and stay and the room was amazing and clean
