Great central spot to stay in Hobart but not enough parking available.

Great apartments and lovely staff. Location was perfect with everything in quick vicinity. Parking was very tricky with no where nearly enough spots and no all day parking nearby.

Great location and view, parking is very bad and complicated, ended up having to pay for a lot of it. Very warm rooms however the heaters are very loud. Overall it was a fab place to stay

Excellent location. Right on the water overlooking the Derwent river. Seagulls are a bit noisy but if the balcony door is closed the room is pretty soundproof. There are doors to connect rooms together but I did not hear my neighbour at all. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. Most of my tours had pick up spots less than a 5 min walk away.

It's a great centrally located serviced apartment. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I liked that we could walk to several attractions such as Salamanca Markets and Mona cruise. Great views across the harbour and up towards the mountain. Parking is nearby and never had an issue getting a spot. There were a few minor aspects - we found the air cond while great at warming the apartment was a little noisy in the evening and had to switch it off. Whilst it had a washing machine and drier there was no portable clothes horse to hang non machine dry items. All in all, it's a great stay and would stay there again as its clean, and central to lots of restarurants and shops.

Great overall, however the outdated noisy heating and lounges need updating. Great, central location. A quick housekeeping tip, wipe windows regularly for extreme mould in Winter months

This hotel is really well situated on the docks at Hobart, it is an easy walk to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The aspect of the room was brilliant with beautiful light, looking out on the wharves with boats coming and going added interest. The facilities were adequate, the bed comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Location and light were an absolute winner for me a favourite place to stay.

We arrived at 8am from Melbourne, whilst room was not ready (we didn't expect it to be) the lovely receptionist had it ready within a couple of hours. As a matter of fact all front office staff we had dealings with were just lovely. The room itself was fantastic, spacious, well cleaned with views directly out onto the water. We weren't able to get any reception on the TV in the loungeroom however the upstairs worked fine. It wasn't really a hassle as we weren't in the room very often and I'm sure it would have been fixed immediately had we reported it. Big thank you to all the team for making our stay a perfect one.
