Beautiful...we have returned for a second year...

Staffing were the highlight of the stay and walking distance to many dining options.

Royal Sea Aquarium is great! Had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and nicely appointed. The resort throughout was very clean. The private beach is great, super clear water and secluded from the public. Waking up to see the dolphin training across our balcony was a great experience.

It’s a nice property with an ocean view. It’s a little tired but well kept. They prioritize their time share owners ahead of regular guests. Lacking typical amenities.

Good budget friendly property. A few things, so this is a timeshare property, so most lokely when you book, you are booking a unit in which one of the timeshare owners decided to sell their "time". No big deal, I just wanted to mention this because on the official website they say that guests who stay can visit the aquarium for free, but that is not true, you can only visit the aquarium for free if you are a timeshare owner. I loved everything about this place but the one thing I do jot like is big enough for me to NOT BOOK AGAIN, despite everything else being great, snd that is the parking. The parking is GOD awful! and its not because parking is hard to get, its that the parking is sooooooooooooooooooo far from the actual rooms...it is ridiculous! If you plan to book with someone who has mobility issues forget it. Dont book. The walk from the parking lot to the room is a 7-10 minute walk at minimum, and for that reason, I am only giving it 3 stars.

The property was neat, clean & quiet. There was a beach/lagoon, small restaurant, two pools & a hot tub on sight.

Every single aspect of our stay was fantastic. Perfect location and clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Will be returning!

Excellent location with private beach, walking distance to several restaurants (although you get tourist prices), free shuttle to grocery store. Quiet, family oriented, friendly staff. If you get snorkeling equipment or anything else and return before checking out make sure the front desk shows you returned it, or you will get charged for it.
