"Vale la pena!"

La vista es espectacular, las instalaciones muy amplias y tha market es imperdible. El brunch del domingo tiene mucha variedad.

Podrian estar mas aseadas las areas, todo lleno de vasos y falta de limpieza. Falta un poco mas de amabilidad en el.personal.

"It was so enjoyable that I would love to go back."

The staff were excellent. The food was great. The hotel and grounds were beautiful.

Lots of stairs which was ok because I like the exercise, but many of the outdoor stairs were in need of repair.

La vista, la habitación.

La mayoría del personal son sangrones para atender, nos tocó una buena recepcionista, pero en algunos centros de consumo deja mucho que desear el personal. Me hicieron cargos indebidos y no me han regresado completamente. Está padre y bonito el hotel, pero si es lejos trasladarte y esperar a los carritos.

"Our Stay at Sunset Beach"

The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and views were amazing. Our best time was spent at our (building) Pool 26; the service we received from Omar, Carlos, & Marcos at the Aqua Bar made it even more special. We had some hot water issues, but they were resolved quickly. The noise level from the room was pretty good. All inclusive means “most inclusive” at this resort. We purchased the platinum AI that covers “premium drinks” but still had to pay for Don Julio Repo, that was a game changer for us. We were also told we would have a personal concierge/butler but never once heard from anyone, nor were we contacted at any point during our stay.

"One of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time!"

I wanted to give some well due credit to Carlos at pool 26 for excellent hands on service and Antonio 32 for being such a positive and friendly courteous gentleman giving me rides all over the resort. Really made my family’s vacation incredible and relaxing!
