The location is very central

I had booked 3 rooms and could not get one of the hotel parking spots and the hotel provides very poor (read no real) guidance on where to park. Hotel needs a renovation - quite run down - an aging beauty queen. Smelled musty. Staff not overly helpful or friendly- the only place on our week vacation we experience this.

Friendly staff , very accommodating

Attention to detail of decor was lacking, broken picture frames in hallways and pictures not straight, lightbulbs in stairwell not matching, lampshades in our room broken, exterior of bldg. needing washing and painting, shrubbery brown and dry, lack of flowers both interior and exterior. Also window screens need washing down and cobwebs removed from sills.

Location

Stated that it was a 4star hotel but facilities provided were poor. No aircon but a very noisy plug in fan. No water in rooms and only glasses provided were 2 paper cups in the bathroom. No kettle although it stated there was one. Poor breakfast

Réceptionniste agréable. Parking privé sécurisé. Literie parfaite

Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre même si le café offert au RDC est bon. C'est quand même agréable d'être autonome quand on part de très bonne heure. Pas de climatisation mais juste un ventilateur bruyant qui nous a empêché de dormir et dont ne pouvions nous passer par cette nuit de chaleur extrême. Les portes des WC et de la salle de bain grinçaient terriblement. Parfait pour réveiller la personne qui vous accompagne. La douche se trouve dans la baignoire, la douchette ne fonctionne pas. Et aucune sécurisation pour y entrer ou en sortir. Pas de barre pour se tenir. J'avoue que pour ma maman de 71 ans c'était limite. L'éclairage n'est pas indépendant donc si on allume une veilleuse pour lire, l'autre doit subir. D'autant que c'est plutôt du plein phares que de la lumière douce... J'ai tenté de scanner le QR code du room service = URL not found. Côté extérieur la terrasse est limite abandonnée à une horde de mauvaises herbes. On se demande si elle sert ?
