Over sold Have to pay for the pool which was not told beforehand Terrible rooms no air condition Sold as double room was 2 single beds together Which did not match making a uncomfortable night sleep Dirty courtyard invested with ants and bugs Warm larger from the bar Rude reception staff

"Overall all good other than the room issue"

Facilities were all great

One of the rooms had plumbing issues and one of the party was relocated to a small apartment which was below expectation and price paid

"A relaxing break within beautiful grounds"

Grounds are beautifully landscaped, room was a good size and bed extremely comfortable. Free parking on site. Squash Courts, a rarity, available for booking. Evening menu at the restaurant had improved significantly from our last visit, good variety, quality and portion size. All staff friendly.

Bathroom was relatively small. Shower was over bath which was extremely narrow. Toilet right against a radiator so a very tight space.

"Relaxing Overall Stay"

Great food. Nice location, extremely scenic. Breakfast quality and choice nice. Decent gym, sauna and steam wi the pool. Reception staff fantastic and a great help

The Gym staff were disinterested and stood around talking for the couple of hours I was in and around the facilities. Some areas dated and need a clean up.

"Absolute bliss from Georgina"

"Great stay over bank holiday"

Loved the hotel. Rooms were really comfortable especially the bed. Lovely large room. Great location as we played 3 rounds of golf. Food was fantastic in the evening, loved the tandoori salmon. Breakfast was lovely and to have a full English delivered to the table was awesome. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
