Spacious rooms - nice atmosphere- very helpful staff

The bathroom shower was a little dated

Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The architecture of the hotel is spectacular. It was so kind of management to acknowledge birthday and anniversary celebrations with Cava and sweets.

The amount of stairs and steps is challenging for older or mobility-impaired persons. The cooked breakfasts were tasteless and uninteresting.

Didn't like the lighting at night walking through the hotel I had an accident were I slipped off the path and Hurt my ankle . But have to the staff were exceptional in making sure I was OK. But feel this is an issue that the hotel need to rectify

This is an older 5-star resort that’s clearly in need of renovation — it feels more like a 4-star property at this point. That said, it’s very quiet and the pools are great for sunbathing and relaxing. Keep in mind that if you’re looking for a beach holiday, this may not be the best choice. The hotel is located next to a marina, not a beach, so you’ll need a car to reach one.

The biggest disappointment was the food. The buffet dinner was very poor in quality, and the poolside snack bar was just as bad — more like a budget hotel serving pre-cooked frozen products. Definitely not worth it. On the positive side, there are good restaurants within walking distance, which makes it easy to avoid eating at the hotel.

Lo peor .. 1- las camas y las almohadas 2- la comida no me a gustado nada DE NADA !!! Una pena :(
