Hilton Vacation Club Scottsdale Villa Mirage

Villa Mirage isn't what it used to be. We have been owner-home user since 1998. This is Hilton? I reported a hot water leak in front of our patio. Nothing done. Signs on everything. No pool toys!! The place is stripped to the bones. No activities. Front office bare. My gift with arrival was a local free magazine. The toilet ran all night, until you jiggle it. Idk when Hilton took over. They are losing the positive inclination in the history of the brand with resort. Next to the Princess, our neighbor, we are Motel 6.

The water pressure in the shower and temperature was horrible. It was cold and had hardly any power. The bed was not comfy at all

This was the perfect week to spend a little time with our Grandchildren. We’ve been taking these short trips since they were little. We were so glad that at 16, 14 & 13 they still wanted to be with us and we had a Wonderful time. The rooms were great and the Service was amazing as always! We spent the majority of our days in the pool or the hot tub. We’re so happy that we have a beautiful home away from home to just relax, smile and reminisce!

Appropriate for visit. Friendly and attentive welcome staff. Izzy very helpful with followup. Had to get a room on 3rd floor with no elevators. Also property entrance to 1 bedroom on 3rd floor could use power washing. However room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.

great team great location great resort. Its not always that you stay at a place the just lives up to its expectations. This is one of those locations.

First, our room was on the first level facing the parking lot which was noisy. I suppose someone has to be in these rooms. We had people staying above us who were extremely noisy. This is not totally their fault. The rooms are not very sound proof. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, make sure to get a room on the top floor. Second, the front desk staff did not seem to have the same information/training. I asked if we got housekeeping service and was told yes, by the front desk. When we came back at the end of the day, we had no towels, dish soap or trash bags. My husband was told he needed to get online to get these items. I’m pretty sure the line they meant was the phone line. Nonetheless, it turned out to be more hassle than it should have been. We survived:) Third, every drain in our unit was slow and the dishwasher did not drain for 2 days. The front desk was notified .Maintenance came in and fixed the bathroom drains and left the kitchen drain untouched. So… again we called the front desk for a second maintenance visit. The maintenance crew were knowledgeable and professional On the positive- We very much enjoyed the resort grounds (pool, bbq grills, playground area). The resort is clean with easy access to all the places we needed to be.

The resort was comfortable and relaxing. The staff is enthusiastic and welcoming. Great location in beautiful Scottsdale.

We have stayed at this location for numerous years now and the fact we return says it all!. We travel from England , the rooms are fantastic with excellent facilities and the ice machine is a god send in the heat. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool area is clean and the bar staff are very friendly, the food and drinks are very reasonable too. It’s a great location with ample parking. We will be back for certain Thank you to all staff including management who made our stay extra special
