Hilton Vacation Club Scottsdale Villa Mirage

Loved this place and was treated very well by the staff... Beautiful area to visit!, we loved hiking the region.

I love this resort. It's our 3rd time and we will return for sure. It's clean, cosy and staff is very nice. Services provided throughout our vacation were excellent! I highly recommend this resort. There is a nice gym, two pickleball courts, nice pool and much more.

Loved the water aerobics for an hour every day, in am. Great instructors in Janice and Ryan ! Close to any and everything we wanted to do, see or eat. Place was VERY clean and well maintained. Staff was super helpful, too. When we asked for an adjustment in room location, it was easy and quickly done, no issues. Thank you for a perfect getaway vacation!

Great location in north Scottsdale. Close to the freeway and Scottsdale road, You can get anywhere in 30 minutes, Beautiful well maintained property. Unfortunately, our 2 bedroom unit was tired with outdated worn furniture. I heard they are in the process of updating since the property has become a Hilton Grand Vacation

TV was small

This is a very nice, quiet resort with all the amenities I desired. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional. The location was very convenient to great shopping and nice restaurants.

Beautiful property and pool area. Pool was very clean! Had a small issue with room, but they resolved it immediately by transferring me to a new room. Loved the patio. plenty of towels and supplies. Especially love the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps, etc. shower and kitchen sink took a long time for the water to heat up. Seems like a lot of waste of water. The coffee pot was difficult to use. There was only one large stockpot and fry pan. I would’ve liked a small sauce pan to heat water for tea. The bed was really comfortable and great pillows . dined at the pool restaurant aqua twice. The first time was for breakfast on a Sunday and they didn’t have any Jelley and also didn’t have the mango purée for one of the specialty drinks they were offering . The service and breakfast was very good. And then ate there for breakfast a few days later and again the service and food were good. Laundry facilities were nice. Manager Katie was wonderful!!

Took too long for water to heat up. Not enough cooking pans . Drain in kitchen could use filter/screen. Shower could use a new re-caulking. Coffee pot difficult to use. Wish there was a vending machine for water or soda or something close to buy some beverages

Our vacation at Scottsdale Villa Mirage was a blast! Every staff was very cordial, respectful, efficient , aim to please every guests. Resort was always kept clean. Thank you very much for accommodating our request to stay on the first floor as my husband knee is having knee issues and I am just recovering from 2 right foot surgeries. We truly appreciate it. I would like to do a special mention of the front desk asst manager Joane Matibag. She answered all my inquiries promptly and was very efficient in helping us check out. She is definitely a great asset for this resort.
