Lots of construction going on right now and we were not warned about that. Construction workers were smoking in marijuana and I definitely feel that they’re a stairway

Could have been cleaner Needs updating. Looks like the 80’s Dishwasher parts laying on the floor, maintenance did come to room to fix promptly

Check in was not efficient at all. My husband waited outside with our daughter while she was asleep in the car and it took 15+ minutes as theyre trying to sell you on vacation packages. But they were pounding at our door to check out immediately at check out time. There was no room service that visited so our garbage was full quickly. The pool batbroom was dirty. The shower door wasnt a tight seal so anytime you showered, there was a lake on the bathroom floor. Parking was limited that we had to park by a different building and carry our belongings.

This Hilton property fabulous. We checked in on January 9th went to the office the next morning and met three, Chin, Renee and Ben, wonderful people that helped me with my stay and our experience in Scottsdale. The property is gorgeous and super clean. The pool area is amazing. Even has a quaint little restaurant and bar. Highly recommend this Hilton Property.

First and foremost, full transparency, this is a timeshare resort. You will be charged a resort fee above and beyond your booking. Unless of course you sit through one of their presentations. They will sell you on their "ownership". Now. As for the resort itself. Its decent. If you have a family, dont get the studio. Spend the extra and get the 1 bedroom. Its worth it. We made do, but when your kids wont sleep together it makes it difficult. If you have any issues with climbing stairs, do not get a 3rd floor. These are more like apartments than a hotel. There is not an elevator, and the stairs can be tough with someone with mobility issues. Only other gripe would be they dont take the garbage away very quickly and I found myself going to the dumpster on my own. Now as for positives....overall, the staff does try to help out, pool is nice, the rest of the amenities are ok. We tried something new and have figured out that we are motel people, not resort people.
