Hilton Vacation Club Scottsdale Villa Mirage

This resort has a beautiful salt water pool, amazing staff, and fun games to play. We checked out equipment regularly and played mini golf, shuffleboard, checkers, and basketball. They had a water aerobics class and a continental breakfast on one of the days. Staff was super helpful, kind, and friendly. The arcade has countless free games and a pool table. The pool has a waterfall and there's a nice hot tub as well. We stayed for a week and the experience was very nice.

The property is average for a vacation resort and beware that if you get a Studio suite you can only get a room that faces a parking lot. Very disappointing since we’re here for 21 days and don’t really wanna upgrade for the cost given the length of our stay. The room is great with a pullout couch. That is actually comfortable and phenomenal refrigerator although small and dishwasher sink microwave and stove top. Everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathroom is huge and includes a shower big enough for two (or 3). The decoration and decor is average to above average for a hotel. The property is located in Central north scottsdale which makes everything 5 to 10 minutes away that you could ever possibly want including a Walmart, Costco, pharmacies, and shopping at Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, the Quarter and The Promenade which has a Nordstrom off Rack and In-N-Out Burger!!! Meals are provided at the pool if desired and hot tubs are also available… The weekends were super busy and the pool area was definitely full .

I understand that the resort was under construction, but there was no construction crew on site. The studio was very nice. It was great to have a table with four chairs. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was a plus. No oven was not a set back. Two stove burners, an apartment size frig and a microwave was more than enough. The pool was very nice. I don't do hot tubs, but the open at the pool was full It was on site restaurant had enough choices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make your stay and enjoyable one. I will definitely be back!

The resort itself is quiet & accessible to many attractions in the local area. Definitely need a car as not much else for transportation. The weather was rather too chilly to enjoy the pools. The Aqua bar/restaurant has very good food & great staff, but with a limited menu. Overall, enjoyed staying here but you must find your own entertainment & don’t rely on any directory from front office. All the staff were friendly & helpful.

We really enjoy this resort. Villa Mirage is a very nice resort. It's not fancy, but we're not fancy people. However, it has everything needed, is comfortable, in nice condition and most importantly, the staff are exceptional! Franscisco, pool and grill maintenance, was extremely helpful everyday! Renee at the front desk was also great, she was always very helpful! Tiara, at the Aqua poolside bar and grill, was a joy to be around each day.

No hot water for 4 days and their solution was to run the water for 30 mins to get hot water, which the entire time was lukewarm at best.
