"2 bedroom lockout - roomy, very loud HVAC in partial kitchen side"

2 bedroom lockout unit. Maintenance told us our unit was recently updated/refurbished. Very clean. Partial kitchen side of this lockout was larger than most efficiency units. Partial kitchen side had a very loud and windy ceiling mounted HVAC unit. We had to turn it off to sleep at night.

No hot water for the 4 nights we stayed. Only luke warm so no hot showers. The staff looked at it but said that’s just how it is. Was promised Hilton honors points, still waiting on those too.

"Resist time share presentation!"

Resort was pleasant enough. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool and bar/grill. But very pushy about attending time share presentation. We agreed to attend, but were very clear that we had no interest in buying. Extremely rude and disrespectful experience, nothing like we were promised.

My check in wasn’t until 4pm but they were able to check us in early! Which we loved , the only thing that we disliked was that our room was on the 3rd floor and my husband has a bad knee. Other than that 5/5
