"Hilton has better options in the area"

We are not participating on n Hilton vacations but usually enjoy staying at the locations. However, the sales people at this location are very aggressive and yelled info out the door after we said we weren’t interested and walked away. The villa we were assigned to was very spacious but run down with very stained carpet. We walked around with socks on. The couch was very lumpy and the cushions wouldn’t stay together when we sat on it. It is close to shopping and good restaurants but I think Hilton has better resorts worth paying resort fees at.

"Villa Mirage is NOT a Mirage"

Checked in Super Bowl Sunday. Room was ready when we were ready to check in. Invited friends over for BBQ to watch the game. Grills were clean and easy to use. And when we did need some help from the Front Desk, staff responded quickly. Convenient to many Scottsdale attractions and events. A good base location for a Scottsdale and north Phoenix vacation.

Staff was very friendly during check in. I liked the ease of being able to walk around the property as well as getting in and out in a car. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities for the stay.

Breakfast was not provided unless you ate at the poolside restaurant. I would have liked to have a continental breakfast option.
