Apartment clean with all we need for the time stay there. The staff very polite an welcoming.

Nothing to complain about.

I did not enjoy my stay here. If it wasn't for the overwhelming kindness of the staff, I would have given this place 1 star. The staff is super kind and courteous. They go out of their way to tend to your needs but the unit is horrible. The bed was too low and it was sqeaky...very uncomfortable and the decor is way outdated. It's dark and old looking. The funiture needs to be replaced. The sofa and chair are obviously filthy. I literally scorned them. I had to cover them with sheet before sitting on anything. The dining room chairs are so stained, you don't want to touch them. And to top it off, they had stained the outside of the buildings and the smell of the stain was still there (very strong) when I got there and it made me nauseaus. I had to stop my breath every time I went in and out of the unit. I would not go back to this site unless they upgrade it.

Room very clean with lots of extra towels, dishes, pots and pans etc. grounds well maintained. Staff very friendly and check on us a number of times to see if everything was fine. At check-in a staff member realized one in our family was visually impaired and moved our room to a first floor to avoid stairs.

Would like to see grab bars installed in the tub area. The queen sofa sleeper was very comfortable but the mattress pad appeared to be a double not a queen size or it shrunk.

Very home feeling , good area , not crowded parking , comfy bed , very easy check in and out !

I loveee Tennessee, I can’t believe I’ve never been here before. The Smokey Mountains were amazing! Gaitlinburg is cool, Piegon Forge was alright. Gaitlinburg reminds me of Frankenmuth, MI and pigeon forge reminds me of kid friendly Vegas. Next time, I’ll stay in mountains in the fall. I bet it’s the best time to go.

The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner is just down the road though and the food and service there are incredible! I’m so thankful that we are there! It worked well for us as we didn’t mind being off the beaten path a little and you’re surrounded by beauty, so that was a plus. The staff were also wonderful and extremely helpful if we had a question and we truly appreciated their assistance! Overall, I would highly recommend this property based upon one’s needs as a traveler. If I were traveling with a family though, I would look for other lodging closer to the nearby towns.
