"Nice place"

This is a beautiful property, tucked away in the mountains. It's under 30 mins to everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. They have indoor and outdoor pools. It was nice to come back to a quiet relaxing place at the end of the day.

"Very Disappointed "

The room accommodations were very dated, the room was smaller than anticipated (pictures are deceiving) and although the staff was very friendly there wasn’t any type of “service” to rate. They never cleaned our room the entire week of our stay. We chose the “Hilton” because of the reputation, past experiences, and amenities (which used to include tidying up the room daily). Not to mention the ants in the bathroom sink I cleaned out every morning and the spider that woke me up in the middle of the night crawling across my arm. One of the main reasons we chose the Hilton was so I could relax and enjoy a week free from cleaning everything and just enjoy our trip. If we would’ve known that conditions we would’ve experienced in advance, we would’ve paid the minimal extra for an AIR BNB or VRBO. It would have been more spacious and private at the very least.

it's a little far from Smoky Mountains so if you plan to hike there, make sure leave early and get to the Park by 7:30 AM to find parking spots

"We'll be back!"

My children and I loved that the staff was available and helpful from the start. The location was centrally located to the fun in the area but away from all of the hoopla of the tourists.

My son wanted to play on the playground but it didn't have any shade. The equipment was too hot to utilize but it's not anyone's fault or problem. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather.
