The Inn at Longwood Medical

I stayed here during the blizzard February 2026. Noah was great and I was able to check in early as I am a nurse and had worked the night shift and needed to sleep. The room was comfortable and clean.

Our experience at The Inn at Longwood Medical was nothing short of positive. Very convenient to Boston Children's (super walkable), rooms were clean and well stocked. Strongest point of this hotel is their staff. All were extremely friendly. Angel and Noah went above and beyond, helping us get a situation resolved with a 3rd party booking site. They took the information, said they would handle it, and got everything taken care of within an hour. We will absolutely be back the next time we have an appointment at Boston Children's. Thank you Angle and Noah, you guys are the best!!!

We have a family medical issue and needed to book 2 rooms last minute for 3 weeks. Staff was SO helpful and Noah is AWESOME

Upon arrival during a very difficult family time with multiple factors.* NOAH*at the front desk was very attentive to our families needs and specific wants- he was a step ahead and made the stay as smooth as possible...thank you My niece did sit at Birds Eye view in room 518 of the food court at 10/11 pm counting the rats that i corrected were mice scurrying across the food court. We had a laugh…the city is the city. Bottled water should be readily available for all guests at front desk…don’t send me to CVS…. The woman at breakfast on Saturday morning was such a love/AMOR. My niece gained up the confidence to speak Spanish with her and it’s just what she needed through such a hard time. Her mother is dying. She brought more light to a situation she isn’t even aware of….thank you!

The room was very clean, bathroom was small but clean.My only complant is the room had no heat. I tried to raise the temp to 72F but would not work! The room stayed at 68F all night and the wall heater never came on.

The location is so wonderful for our trips to Boston Children’s.

Loved the location and proximity to area hospitals in Boston. Noah, our concierge, made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The medical discount was nice too. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed at the Inn at Longwood several times and highly recommend it. Close to the hospitals in the area, very clean and comfortable. The highlight of our several trips is the food at the Grille. If we lived in Boston that would be our “go to” restaurant. The choices are great and the dishes themselves are prepared, clearly, by a staff who knows how to please the palate.everything is delicious and worth a return. And moderately priced!

A hidden gem close to everything we needed, especially DFCI.
