The Inn at Longwood Medical

I had a really great stay at the Inn at Longwood Medical. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of amenities available. My favorite in-room feature was the coffee maker — it was perfect for starting the day without having to leave the room. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting nearby medical facilities, and there are plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk girl we loved her! I can’t remember her name but she worked while we were there. She was so helpful. Our room was amazing! Room 632 huge room with two queen beds not side by side but at an angle to one another.

Unfortunately are stay at Dana Farber had to be changed. Their policy is cancellation at 3pm the day before or you’re charged. I called at 340pm. There was no gray area with this hotel. For 40 minutes I was charged for the whole night. I understand policies but I also understand compassion. They tell me well you changed your stay twice (though they used the word multiple times). Was that our fault when Dr had to change? My feeling is that I would not recommend this hotel. Even if they had said we need to charge you half. Nothing. Nope this is policy. No compassion. Don’t stay here if you have to change after 3pm. They said we’ll come up and enjoy Boston anyway. Just what a person with a cancer diagnosis wants to be told. And what bothers me the most is the person I talked to when I had to change the reservation with the first time was so lovely.

This hotel was nice and in a great location. Noah, who was working At the check out counter was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Noah and our 8th floor house keeper were amazing. Noah greeted us when we first got there with care and compassion. Our son was there to have surgery the next day at BCH and Noah gave him a Hope Bear. Noah was very friendly every time we walked by. Thank you so much! Very clean hotel and great bar and grille

The hotel is cozy, not a large chain hotel. Our 2 bed room was spacious and clean with a sink and refrigerator. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the wait staff. Restaurant food was good with attentive wait staff. Vending machines were well-stocked for late night snacking.

Noah was extra attentive and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return. My husband had surgery and this was a convenient hotel.

I wrote a review previously after our third stay and this time I downgraded my opinion. We will try not to stay here again. We were placed on the 7th floor which is quieter at night BUT undergoing active renovation. Strong chemical smells and loud sounds all day and into the evening. Each time we’ve stayed we’ve used the convenient parking BUT every time we can’t get out of the garage with our key card and need to go into the hotel to request help. Four stays in a row. Staff is either super polite or quite rude. No middle ground it seems. We will try other hotels on our next trip.
