Ramside Hall never lets me down, perfect every time.

First time at Ramside and we loved it, we’ll definitely be back, everything was great, no issues whatsoever

Nice place, waited nearly an hour for my evening meal and it wasn’t very nice.

Not a good experience, poor customer service, rooms need updating, light and telephone not working, had to use torch to see clothes in wardrobe.

Great overnight stay for business.

Very night spa and golf resort. Nice and quiet and several amenities onsite. Would be disappointed if went for a spa weekend but great for a night getaway.

Beware the hidden extras. Turns out that spending £125 on a spa treatment doesn’t let you use the spa facilities before or after the treatment. For that you must spend another £45. And if you don’t spend that you’re only allowed a one hour slot in the pool. It’s an average hotel, with uninterested staff across front of house (cleaning staff were brilliant), very comfortable beds with linen that’s nice but threadbare. Breakfast was average and getting to the location was made harder by the uninterested staff and lack of signage. There is a bottle of cheap wine in the room that invites you to drink it for £32 and a basket of overpriced crisps and snacks but no fridge. Won’t be returning, I’ll be back to the hotels in the city. Shame, but it just seems this hotel is more interested in bigger functions and supporting the gym than the occasional traveller.

Nice place but looks tired could do with upgrading

Amazing hotel and staff, stayed during my daughter’s wedding in the treehouse and I could not have faulted anything the whole weekend! Just superb
