The Crow Peak Lodge

When I arrived, it was after 9pm and it was a cold night, about 20degrees. My room was icy cold. I immediately turned up the thermostat. The room wasn’t getting warm. I called the front desk and he told me that it is a radiant heater so it will take awhile. I froze all night as there was not any extra blankets in the room. In the morning, the room was slightly warm. I left a note for housekeeping to please not turn off or down the thermostat as I was so cold the night before. When I returned to the room that night, there was a spare blanket on my bed, which I appreciated and the room was nice and warm. So I guess the moral of the story is arrive very early in the day to turn up the thermostat in winter or pack really warm pajamas or extra blankets. But shout out to housekeeping who was helpful in keeping me warm. The night lobby guy that I called was snobby and sarcastic and not helpful at all.

Da door didn't work properly. Needs repair..we ask for nonsmoking room..but it didn't happen..we're disappointmented.

The property was nice and secluded and very quiet. They could pump up the wifi signal a bit. On nights when the hotel was full, the wifi signal was not very good.

Very clean and very friendly staff we really enjoyed our stay

Hotel was courteous and called me when we were late- they set up late check up and our possibility to stay. Room was very good and clean, beds were comfortable, but only one chair was in the room. Shower was clean, but water was not hot- it became hot in the y, but I wanted shower at night and sink was clogged and water was slow to get out. Overall it was a good stay for one night. I didn’t see anyone in the office, communication was by phone.

Crow Peak Lodge is a good budget motel that accepts dogs, which is just what I was looking for on my way home from a pheasant-hunting trip. I would stay there again.

Small facility, clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Love this place!

Liked that it was clean. Did not like extreme small room.
