Emailed hotel requested a specific room and ready one hours after midday arrival! Breakfast perfect Lunch & Dinner a tad repetitive and a lot of Spainish cuisine (I appreciate I’m in Spain 😜) but always able to fine something cooked fresh! Poor service, unfriendly staff. Hotel is old and dirty.and needs updating. Selection of food in restaurants is average. Stay somewhere else that is better.

We stayed 4 days for a friend’s birthday celebration and it started well with friendly reception staff - Alex was a top lad. A problem after that was a shower, followed by a flooded room. Initially they were going to send a technician until I clarified that Noah and his Arc would be required. We were moved to the 11th floor and a nice room. The pool area is well maintained and breakfast offers a good range but get down early before the crowd emerges!!! The biggest annoyance are the lifts that have a mind of their own and there are not enough for the size of the hotel. On one occasion we walked the 11 floors after waiting 10 minutes for a lift. To be fair, I am not a Benidorm person but if you do come, this hotel offers a decent stay.

The hotel itself is spotless honestly, you could eat your dinner off the floor, but don’t, because the actual dinner is much nicer. We booked all‑inclusive with Jet2, who forgot to mention that check‑in is at 4pm. So there we were, bright‑eyed at 12:00, ready to move in… and the hotel was like, “Lovely to see you, but your room is still having its beauty sleep.” Check‑in staff were lovely, though. They even offered us an upgrade and immediate room access for €50. Tempting, but we declined we’re British, we like to suffer politely. The good news? We got our all‑inclusive wristbands straight away, which we immediately put to good use. Drinks? Yes. Lunch? Absolutely. Emotional support sangria? Don’t mind if we do. Our luggage was stored securely by a very organised man who gave us a ticket felt like we were checking in diamonds, not flip‑flops and swimwear. After lunch, we popped back to reception and… YIPPEE, our room was ready. The Room Exactly as advertised: Clean Spacious Functional No weird smells No mysterious stains Only one tiny gripe, no clothes line or dryer on the balcony. So our swimwear had to dry the old‑fashioned way: draped artistically over chairs like a budget art installation. Breakfast Not sure if it was just us, but breakfast wasn’t our favourite. The bacon and sausages weren’t quite to our taste, and the toaster… well… it gently warmed the bread. After three attempts, our toast looked like it had spent a week in the shade. Lunch & Dinner Lovely. The soups? Spot on. The mains? Delicious. The desserts? Dangerous. We absolutely did not go back for seconds. Or thirds. Definitely not. Snack Bar Brilliant. The small pizza was not small, it filled the plate. The burger was bang on. The pigeons? Menaces. They will steal your nuts. Guard them like treasure. Pool & Facilities The pool is excellent, and there are plenty of sunbeds, even though some people leave their towels out all day like they’re marking territory. (You know who you are.) Location A little out of the way, but: Loads of bars and entertainment nearby Taxi rank just up the street Taxis are cheap And after a few drinks, everything feels close anyway Overall We also loved the atrium area spent a whole afternoon in there drinking wine and pretending we were classy. Fantastic hotel. Brilliant staff. Great food (mostly). Spotless rooms. Pigeons with attitude. We’d absolutely go again. Thank you for a great holiday!

Nice hotel, but it's 32degree heat went in to fill water bottle and I was stopped from doing so, I think this was a bit disappointing to say the least in sure warm weather to stop you from taking some water, also from 9 to 10 in the morning if you leave you belongings on a lylow they will remove if your not there, bags and towels.

We booked the Level and option and the experience was wonderful. The staff were so friendly, the beds were so comfy and everywhere was so clean. The breakfast was delicious, unlimited tapas, snacks and drinks all day. The pool area was like a tropical paradise. We will be back!
