"Great Stay!"

The hotel was sparkling clean, comfortable, and the employees were so friendly. This is one of the better Hiltons I’ve stayed at. My only suggestion is to upgrade the beds—they are a bit hard, but it was still overall a great experience.

The staff were very nice here!!! I got to the hotel after a day of hiking, very sore. I booked the r hotel hoping to use the hot tub, however it was out of service. I was offered an upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub since I note that I drove out of my way to stay there for the hot tub. The front desk didn't have to do that, however, I greatly appreciated it! The wings at the hotel bar were great. I found the property to be safe and comfortable.

Very nice and clean, we booked one of the jacuzzi tub rooms which was fab! The only reason for 4 star and not 5 is because the room did not get below 72 degrees and the air seemed to be in control of the owner and not guest (or it was broken). Would definitely like more hanging hooks options in the restroom. As far as staff everyone we encountered was fabulous except for Colleen that works in the breakfast area, she was just ugh, kinda rude, snubby, acted like she owns the place and the breakfasts came out of her pocket, she could definitely take some pointers from Larissa, she was so sweet! We tipped Larissa and not Colleen if that says anything. Will definitely return and thanks so much!

"Overall great, aside from broken hot tub (again)"

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that this was our second stay and the hot tub/ whirlpool was broken both times. On a positive note, we had breakfast both days at the hotel. Colleen was fabulous. Friendly, attentive, funny, just an awesome server and staff member. She should get a raise.
