"Such a shame. Not guest focused at all"

The building is charming and a great location

The toilet was broken in our room and after maintenance was called - over 2.5 hours later when we returned from dinner (with 2 children) the broken toilet had still not been fixed. The room offered was absolutely awful as the sofa bed couldn’t host two children! All the staff could say was “maintenance had gone home” and had very little empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even though the room we originally had was lovely.

The location was beautiful

Hard to navigate through the complex. Also have a bad knee and had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor since all elevators were out of order

Great area and room was clean and nice

parking was crazy small/tight spots and not enough parking it seemed we had to wait for someone to leave and it was 3 in the afternoon
