The bed was comfortable

Waiting for an hour echeck in when i had booked my room weeks in advance. I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told I should have asked for that when i checked in which i was not told when i checked in. I had to sleep on the same sweaty bed sheets for two nights. Awful!!!!

Terrible experience Got to the hotel around 1pm. Was told the room wasn’t ready, no big deal. Came back at 4 to a huge line. There is no digital key so everyone just waits in a long line. Got to the room and the pull out sofa bed didn’t have sheets, pillows or blanket. Called lobby at 415, was told someone would come by. No one did. Called back at 545 and was told housekeeping was gone and those items had to be ordered in advance. In what turned out to later be a running joke with my family the front desk gal said she would send up some more towels. Um ok. I finally went to the lobby and directed them to bring up a pillow, sheets and blanket for the pullout sofa. Returned from dinner and only a sheet and pillow. The noise is ridiculous. If they try to give you a room along Pacific St just leave, it’s non-stop traffic all night long. This place is very outdated and not very clean. Spend the extra $100 and go to the Marriott across the street.

Rooms are spacious and the location is great

Very strong pet odors in both rooms and the property hasn’t been kept up. Breakfast was pretty dismal.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Wharf, Cannary Row, and Downtown.

You have to request for fresh towels and even then they don’t give you enough and to clean your room you have to call before 9.

This place could be nice needs some attention. Rooms are cute but not very clean, coffee is junk, breakfast is mediocre there is nothing onsite like a store no bar or food we had to walk down the street. There were a few items in fridge which we were charged for and never took. The patios have no view it’s a box with a cement wall that needs to be cleaned. The whole place has been neglected.
