This property was unlivable. Construction, flooded halls, elevators didn’t work and black mold. Unbelievable!

The rooms open to the outside, not to a lobby, so … motel. Also, really dirty, wet, and uncomfortable. Dirty wine glasses on hearth. In a word, gross.

The staff were amazing from check in to check out! Room was wonderful! We will definitely be returning!

The hotel is cute and room are spacious, BUT it fell short in more than one way. 2 of the 3 elevators dont work, I think they have been down for some time. we had to take our luggage up 2 flight of stairs. it was stuff for 4 people staying 4 night. The fridge in the first room did not work, we had milk for out child that spoiled, lots small bug would come in from the outside space if we opened the door, the kids could not use the space, no safe in the room. We end up moved room the second day. We spend 30+minutes looking for parking, you have to pay for parking $ 22 a night i think. the second room had no hot water in the night, I take a cold shower after a day out hiking and on the beach, tried it the next day it was still cold water. Be careful with eating the sausages at the continental breakfast, made my poor husband sick . The staff was nice, they tried, but I would never stay here. WE TRAVEL A LOT AND HAVE NEVER HAD THAT MANY ISSUES IN ON TRIP .

The location of the hotel was fantastic and very convenient, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.

There was no hot water in the shower, which made it very uncomfortable to use. We were also only provided with two sets of towels for a family of four. Although we requested additional towels, none were ever brought to us. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue, as there was visible mould in the shower. To make matters worse, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the food of very poor quality, but there was even bread served with visible mould on it, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, while the location was great, the lack of basic facilities, poor cleanliness, and unacceptable food standards made this a very disappointing stay.
