Front staff was very pleasant and efficient. The views were beautiful - we were not here during ski season. Pool and hot tubs could use an updating/deep clean. But would highly recommend!

Big Sky kinda closes down between late September and mid- November. Not much is open. Not much to do. Still … a nice hotel.

Limited continental breakfast with powdered eggs and sausage, pancakes as only hot items other than coffee, no restaurant. Closest place to eat 5 miles away. Thermostat broke in room, no heat, moved to different room where SHEETS WERE STAINED WITH FECES! Had to argue with property manager for refund.

Great place to stay. Staff was more than willing to accommodate us. I would not suggest to Go in the off season though. Unless you plan to ski or go to Yellowstone, there is not much to do in the area.
