"Food poisoning and non working tv and ac."

It was clean. And the staff was nice

The TV didnt work..the beds squeaked when you moved at all. The ac didnt work right. And I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet..orange juice was rotten. Extremely expensive. Was definitely not worth the price. Will not be staying here ever again.

"Still Okay, But Downhill Trend"

[Original Review] We've stayed here twice, and both times were good. The second room had more wear and tear, so I hope HIE is staying on top of maintenance. If they do, they'll get a lot more $$$ from us over the next 4 years. Not all HIE breakfasts are the same. Some have a little extra something that makes them stand out. This HIE had ham at the buffet, which went beautifully with a perfectly-cooked cheese omelette. I always enjoy biscuits and gravy, and the sausage paired perfectly with it. In case you can't tell, we really enjoyed the breakfast here. [2025-07 Update] Not sure what's going on, but each stay has been a little worse than the one before. On our last visit, the breakfast bore no resemblance to the one I had raved about earlier. They were out of almost everything.

"If you like cigarette smoke this place is forbyou"

Not great. Had to walk thru cigarette smoke every time we went in or out. Went and bought pint ice cream for kids and asked front desk for spoons. Sorry, they’re locked up. Huh? Should’ve been told at check in how to use the key it was a bit different than most hotels. Just felt like a bother to front desk staff.
