This is normally a chain you can count on to be clean, safe and customer friendly with all their ducks in a row. Unfortunately, this location fails all of these miserably. When we encountered a room with a funky smell and asked for another room we were met with indifference and a room with the worst door I have ever seen in any hotel. Later in the evening we discovered the sink was clogged and when we used the elevator, found the floor was very dirty. The next morning at 9am it was still filthy. In the lobby for breakfast we discovered no television and most chairs had rips in the seats. The entire hotel had a slovenly appearance. I would highly recommend not staying here. Our friends stayed in another room with a television that didn't work and we were both given a nominal amount of loyalty points. The desk clerks we dealt with did not seem to be very concerned with the rundown condition of the hotel. You can do better!
