It was a very clean nice place for the area I would stay here again

Good basic hotel. While is may have been remodeled, it’s still taking a bit of a beating. Clean, but basic.

They forgot to put tissue & bath towels in bathroom

The towels were terribly rough. The sheets were clean. Temp settings worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shampoo bottle was already used. The fridge needed to be defrosted. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. The desk chair was great! The breakfast kinda sucked.

Recently remodeled, they did an excellent job! As nice or nicer than many hotels I've spent twice as much at. No bed bugs, good lighting, exhaust fan in bathroom, dual flush toilets, new beds, fenced in parking with bright flood lighting for safe parking in a not so great area. No fridge or microwave in room, no gym, outdoor pool, breakfast was just mediocre: cereal, muffins and waffles, "orange juice" was really Tang, only sweetener available for coffee was sugar.

This motel is new, has big rooms. And it is close to the airport. They also have great customer service; the manager even drove me to a car rental establishment with his own personal vehicle. The breakfast they offer is good and the whole motel is smoke free and clean. The motel also has security making it a safe place to stay in. I recommend this place, if I ever come back to Memphis I will most definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at American best value in Wonderful customer service the stuff was very friendly I stayed there for 6 days Nice breakfast big non-smoking rooms no suspicious activity like most of the motels i have stayed in I highly recommend this place

The staff was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only negative is trying to use the shower was a little complicated. This could be easier for the guests.
