Room condition- needs upgrade. The Vinyl floor projects cheap ambience in room & carpet/ AC may need some maintenance as room smells dusty. Not good for family & kids - maybe only company stay & company events, business meetings are happening.

Stayed a total of 3 nights it gradually got worst each time we returned. There is definitely a problem with damp and mould at this hotel. Nearly every floor has a humidifier and a fan trying to mask the terrible smell of damp. On the first night we complained about the smell, they came with air freshener. By the second night we had to request to be moved . We were moved from the 4th to the second floor. The smell on that floor was less pungent. On our return for our 3rd night , we were place in a room that smelled so bad , they said they could not change us. They provided a humidifier set to mould control. Then we tried to use the toilet there was no flush. The in house Plummer adjusted something which then altered the flush to the other extreme, too much water nearly over flowing. Then no water in the sink and the shower did not work. This was the last straw. Asked to speak to the manager, he sent two inexperienced colleagues who heard my complaint and then proceeded to offer me a free dinner. This was absolutely insulting, I asked them to go and speak to their boss about general manager and come back to me with another offer to compensated this awful experience. Needless to say, the general manager did not show his face and no one checked in with us prior to our departure !

Stayed at The Park New Delhi Great location in Connaught Place And Rajeev Chowk Metro with a lively vibe Rooms are comfortable spacious and service is good. Overall a good experience
