"Sadly disappointing, although the location is great."

Great location, walking distance from the beach and restaurants (across a main road but it was out of high season when we visited so the road was quiet).

We had a view of the car park. The hotel was very quiet but the member of staff we spoke to said all the sea view rooms were busy. We really don’t believe that was true. The second (sofa) bed was very uncomfortable without a mattress protector - very lumpy. It wasn’t made up when we arrived but a very kind young lady did this for us efficiently. The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance (and has been for a while, evidently, although we were not told that in advance). There is no restaurant facility.

"Peaceful and pristine stay up on the hill overlooking the beautiful Avila beach!"

We loved our stay and hope to come back soon! The pools were great, rooms were clean and the location was ideal!

We just wish there was a streaming option for the tv

Nothing. Electrical plugs are worn out and unsafe. Many don’t work at all! No desk for working. Coffee machine not working. Tub-shower slippery and unsafe with no safety mat available… on and on. This property is a black mark on the Hilton brand. Will never recommend it to my friends and associates!
