"Booked our week long stay a year in advance to get placed in handicap corner unit with a view of a stucco wall."

Booked this property for a week long stay over Thanksgiving a year in advance, as soon as reservations become available. We were placed in a corner unit with a view of the stucco wall from the building immediately across from us. Was told by front desk and a manager we should have checked in a day prior, on a Friday, for better chance of a decent room. The until is handicap accessible which means the bathrooms have small counter tops with no bathroom storage drawers (regular rooms have spacious countertop storage and drawers). The room is listed as having a desk with flexible workspace. No longer have desks and have not updated room listings. Our corner unit had a utility closet next to it which was regularly being opened & closed throughout the day & evening which echoed into our bedroom. Have been coming here for 10+ years and have never had such a disappointing room. No enjoying the view (or literally ANY view) from our room of beautiful Avila beach, the mountains or the ocean.

cleanliness and amenities, wine and cheese reception on Friday evening.

Our view was partial blocked by the roof on the lower floor. A recliner in the living room would be a plus.
