"Our stay while we waited for our house to close"

The manager Hannah was awesome. The housekeeping staff were great. But the maintenance staff were creepy and questionable in what we could see them doing. The staff that covered the desk when Hannah isn't on duty are rude, unprofessional and well for lack of better words. Useless! I could have done it better myself or just waited for Hannah rather than subject myself to someone who OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T LIKE THEIR JOB. Otherwise the hotel as a whole is ready for a remodel and we were told that. I think the prices should reflect that though. I found it odd that there weren't any lamps next to the bed. Or plug for the tub. But it is clean and it does serve a purpose for what we needed it for. So all in all it wasn't bad and the area is great for everything you could need and more.

"Stay was okay"

It’s close to I95 and it’s dog friendly.

The room was outdated. I stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels etc.

The bathroom in the room was not clean. The beds seemed clean and were comfortable, but the bathroom was pretty bad.

Exceptional customer service!! I could not have asked for anything cleaner. The hotel was packed and you couldn't tell. It was quiet and always smelled clean!! The free breakfast is warm and inviting. Well put together and great choices.

The bed was a bit stiff for my liking but it was clean and the blanket was light and equally as warm on chilly nights. The LVP flooring is nice to have if you are traveling with pets, however it is not conducive for cold weather and bare feet. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. But the temperature was perfect.

Nothing

The entire place is disgusting, dirty, old in a shady part of the neighborhood, bed platform is made of aluminum and made a loud noise everytime you get up. Water pressure lousy. Felt like I needed to wear a scuba suit because the place was that gross.
