Staff were nice and helpful and it is in a good location close to tram stop.

Lift was out of service, when I went to have a shower water was freezing cold, not able to have a shower.

Room was comfortable and spacious and the bed was comfortable

The lift was broken for our entire stay and we were placed on the top floor. The desk person helped us up with our luggage when we arrived, but it was just difficult to get all of our luggage back down when we checked out. We are not old, but not young and my knees were a little mad at me for having to climb all of those stairs with luggage. It was just very inconvenient and we were only offered 2 free alcohol drink tickets. We don't even drink. Also, the restaurant was not serving anyone except those that were in a party until 8:30pm that night. We couldn't even use the tickets if we wanted to.

O único problema que aconteceu foi que o elevador quebrou no segundo dia e até eu sair 3 dias depois, não tinham consertado. Nao sei se por falta de peça, mas os funcionários tentaram compensar o inconveniente, pois meu quarto ficava no 4 andar. A localização do hotel, muito embora fora do centro, tinham muitas facilidades de transporte para se chegar lá. Um Uber até o centro ficas em torno de 6£. O pessoal do restaurante muito atencioso, principalmente seu supervisor. Café muito bom tipo continental. Recomendo.
