Location. Car park next door although very expensive £38 overnight.

Lighting in bathroom very poor. No glass for water or drink facilities. Pillows hard.

Brilliant location for the gig we were going to and just in general . Nice clean room , bathroom with shower was clean and modern . The bar was welcoming and reasonably priced . We didn't try the breakfast but it looked ok . For a budget city centre hotel its amongst the best ive stayed in for the price and ideal if you just want somewhere to get your head down after a gig or night out !
