"Not very comfortable, possible bed bugs and felt slightly unsafe"

The location was okay

The window was broken and the bed was very uncomfortable there was also stains on the bedding. It was also very dusty. I unfortunately didn’t take a picture as was just in shock. We also got bites on us during our sleep. Our window was also broken which could have been dangerous. It was also like a building site near the lifts and we felt very unsafe due to drug users/homeless trying to get in and staying outside the main entrance

staff pulizie zona colazione è sempre cordiale, gentile e operativo.

Alla reception non parlano bene inglese, colazione un pò scarna (mancano cornetti, salumi, frutta secca, uova strapazzate, etc) L'ultimo giorno sono andato via alle 6 del mattino ed avevo chiesto se fosse possibile avere una colazione doggy back visto che l'avevo pagata e mi è stato detto che non era possibile. In stanza non hanno mai cambiato le asciugamani sebbene lo avessi chiesto e non ho trovato nemmeno shampoo o quantomeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. Metto un voto basso per spronare i gestori della struttura a prendere in considerazione i commenti e offrire un servizio migliore ai clienti futuri.
