"Very far from stations"

2.0

The hotel was very far from the station. The breakfast was not nice always burnt baguette. There was one day there was no bread n when we asked them they said it will take 15 min to bake it. The guy at the reception could speak English but he pretended he spoke only French which for me is racism. Last but not least I left my phone in the room n came back after 1 hour cause the cleaning lady was doing my room. Shockingly my phone disappeared. N wen I reported it they said we will sort it out. On the check out when I asked them I was told that u need to report to police then only we can go sth. I don't understand why they wAited 5 days to tell me this on the day I'm coining back to UK. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody

"Get what you pay for"

6.0

Having read some of the reviews we arrived with some trepidation as to what to expect. The hotel doesn't look the most inviting externally, and the rooms are on the small side with very basic facilities, but for the price I think it was very good. Staff we encountered were hit and miss, one woman was bordering rude whilst one male staff member was so helpful when we asked where a pay phone was to order a pizza he took our order and rung the place up for us! Overall very impressed considering the price and would recommend anyone going to Disneyland consider staying here, just bring some good walking boots.

"Need a car for disneyland"

8.0

The room was very basic, but clean, so that was fine with me. But it was very difficult to get to from Disneyland, and the money we had to spend on a taxi ride to and from meant we didn't actually save on the hotel at all. Unless you have a car with you, I would recommend a different hotel if you are considering it for your Disneyland stay.

"cheap, but compromising lots of things"

6.0

The hotel is nice and clean. A bit further than expected from the bus/train station, but once got to the station, it's very close to Disney Land by bus. No train goes to Disney land, which is inconvenient since the buses only run until 8pm everyday, and not at all on Sundays. No fridge in the fooms, and VERY tiny bathrooms. Clean and good for the price, but not what I expected. Internet was free, but we were put in the last room on one side, so the signal was VERY weak and it was on and off all the time! we couldn't skype or watch youtube. Over all, not too bad, but for me, I wouldn't book it again, I would pay a bit more and be closer to the City of Paris , basically in between Disney Land and central Paris, for the ease of commute, less walking to get the bus/train, and probably having at least a fridge in the room and better internet service.

"fine for one night"

8.0

Its a typical one night hotel in france. Room was clean. Its dated and need redecorating but everything worked. Bathroom is compact but does its job. There was towels and soap. At self check in, enter your name not your booking number. Its out of the way if you dont have a car but there's a supermarket 5 minutes drive away. Its not designed for a long stay but if you just need a bed and a shower its ok.

"Poor customer service"

4.0

We booked this hotel as it was cheap for our overnight trip to Disneyland. We weren't expecting a 4 star hotel just somewhere for us to sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 4:05pm as check in openeed at 3pm. Reception was supposed to be open between 7 and 10pm, so we knew we would have to check in at automatic machines. However, the machine was broken and there was no one on reception. Another guest at the hotel had already phoned and we were told recepton would open at 4:30, reception did not infact open until 4:45 and the woman in reception was rude. In total by the time reception finally opened there were 5 sets of guests waiting to check in. The receptionist barely spoke to anyone apart from asking for payment of the taxes. One poor family ( 3 people including an elderly woman and a toddler) who were just in front of us in the queue, had a problem when reception could not find their booking and were very unhelpful even when they could produce a confirmation number etc. When a second staff member arrived, she was rude and we were appalled at the way she spoke to the guest. There was no apology for not having the reception open/ check in machine working. While I knew this was a budget hotel, I did expect to be able to check in to the room once check in was open, we will not be staying here again.

"Comfy beds were a plus, a clean functional b/room"

10.0

Our stay was only one night, but it was comfortable and clean and met all our needs. The location close to CDG is very good as we had to return our rental vehicle and this made the dash to the airport much easier. Being able to have a cheap but filling breakfast for minimal money was also great.
