Hotel et Résidence Esbly

This was a very disappointing stay. The outside is in need of painting and the grounds in need of a clean up. The rooms are very small although clean. There is no airconditioning. We were on the third floor and there was no lift. If you want cheap basic lodgings and close to Euro Disney this is the place for you.

Walked in the room and walked into the bathroom and there was pubic hair around the sink. The sink had rust around the tap. We walked in the room at the end off the day they had made our beds and gave us fresh towels thinking they were clean but actually had urine on them and on the sheats on the bed had wet patches. In the corner of the room there was a pile of dried noddles and dead spiders on the wall. the breakfast was horrendous there was a bread roll and a croissant

Basic is indeed the word to describe it, point 1: I liked the beds very comfortable, the shower had hot water at all times, even when I took my nightly showers after a long day out. 2: Very friendly staff who spoke English and were welling to help. NEGATIVES: the hotel is out of nowhere, so if you don't have a car you have a big problem, bus station is at least 15min walk, no shops near by so make sure to eat out before returning to the hotel to sleep. The bathroom needs a good cleaning, I felt ICKY using it and it was so tiny, having to shower with the shower curtains latching onto your body was not hygienic. we DIDN'T HAVE WIFI in our room, the most we could get was one bar which lasted a full 3min. The only way we could get wifi connection was by standing out in the corridors. So for me this was the last time, never again I rather pay more and get a suitable hotel near the centre.

We booked this "hotel" as it was only £80 for two nights. We arrived late Friday night/early Saturday morning and had to use the self service check in which was easy enough. We'd travelled from the north east of England so were extremely tired by 01:30, when we eventually found our room, we opened the door and the room stunk of smoke, the window had been left open all night so the room was freezing too. Arriving with my wife and 5 year old daughter at that time in the morning to a cold room that smelled of smoke made me want to look for another hotel. We had planned to have breakfast in the hotel the following morning but the room put us off. The bathroom was dirty, as was the room. The heater was hanging from the wall and the carpet hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in months. We only stayed here due to it's location as we went to disneyland on the Saturday, we should have expected a two star hotel but what we got was closer to a one star or none at all. If I could rate zero stars I would. Avoid this "hotel" at all costs

Staff were very helpful, really approachable and made our stay very comfortable. It is approx 15mins walk from train station. Trains direct to Paris and bus to Disney only takes 10mins.

Insecure,old, and disgusting Hotel staff are inexperienced where you cant even communicate with them sunce they only know French. Everything is horrible It costs 30 euro everytime i wana go to disney land from hotel.no buses to there If yiu want to take the bus u have to walk more than 20-25 minutes to town

The hotel staff was great and really took care of us. The price was great for what you get. Typical inexpensive hotel. Typical on the go breakfast. Language not a problem since I used google translate for things I couldn't get across in English. Very small rooms but who goes to Paris to stay in a hotel room? Service desk closes at night so get your questions answered early. Overall I would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because of location on price. The rooms were clean, and comfortable, quite basic but for the price we paid we were very happy. It is only 15 minutes drive to Disney so the location is brilliant. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.

close to Disneyland with out the crowd hassles very quiet peaceful area. maybe too quiet not much is close to it after hours. I loved the quiet though .
