Hotel et Résidence Esbly

I have bookd this hotel 2 stars for 3 nights as described in hoerl add I believed their littérature. arrived first day collected my key to the room and discovered that the room is out of order then change to another room then how my surprise was like choc. life is not bed of roses but the room was like room in 5 dollars bandgladesh hotels and supposed to be better room was like horrible, carpet dark from white, sheets whith wholes like second hand the toilets are leaking continiously; the TV flat screen has only the name the images are jumping coming and going just need stop, the shower has no head the water is coming like from fire people hose pipe, the chair is for 20kg humain crature not for 100kg or more otherwise you will come down. of course no air condidtioner. Oh breackfast at 9.am nothing left but you can have Glass of milk for 5 euros pasteurised I have stayed two nights and moved to another hotel asfter I have paid three nights in advance and when I told receptisionist I have decide to depart because of conditions of your hotel his answer was: Yes I know and we are sorry

The hotel is good, the staff is super nice they helped us and they were really friendly. One problem is that the closest bus station is like 1 20-25 min walking and when you arrive tired and with lugagge its not nice to walk to the hotel. We went to this city just to go to disneyland, we saw the light night show of the castle and when the show finished (12:30am) we tried to get a bus and it was too late, none of the buses go to esbly... So we took a taxi and we had to pay €25. The hotel is good for staying in Esbly, but not to go to Disney or something in the center of the city.

the hotel was in a good location for us, and is very basic, but you get what you pay for I guess, however it was clean and comfortable to sleep in. the downside is the it is a bit tired, it could do with a makeover.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in And I've stayed in some bad places. Mould on the ceiling. Carpets dirty, beds matress knacked, bathroom very very dirty, dead bugs on the wall, ceiling in the corridor punched through, graffiti on the walls. The breakfast was just as poor with the coffee and the orange machine not working but still being charged 18 euro. Never again

The hotel looks close to Disneyland Paris on the map but there are no direct transport routes (minus taxi - approx. €20) from Marne la Chessy train station to Esbly. The 57 bus route outside Marne le Chessy goes to Esbly train station but that is then a 15/20 minute walk to the hotel from there. Esbly is also a very quiet French village where there isn't much happening - the only restaurant we managed to find was a Chinese all you can eat buffet (serving great food but you have to have a slight understanding of French because Esbly isn't an English friendly place.) The hotel is on the middle of a road/street (so consider child safety) and is a very basic hotel. The male receptionist seems to run the hotel by himself (both the reception and the breakfast and its clearing away in the morning) and has very restricted English. The 'shower'/bathroom is tiny and the room is quite small too. My boyfriend and I only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was perfect for that but any longer it would have felt restrictive and claustrophobic and I wouldn't say it's a family friendly hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was grubby and hadn't been cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the bed covers and the bathroom which was no bigger than a portaloo had mould on the shower curtains and grime in the bottom of the shower. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly and there was grime everywhere. We heard scratching noises which sounded like rodents or possibly cockroaches in the room. We couldn't stay there any longer so ended up going to a different hotel. When we were waiting outside the hotel for our taxi there were lots of strange people coming to the hotel and the workers there were going up to the cars talking to them then they would drive off and come back a couple of minutes later but they were quite obviously not guests of the hotel and it was not a place I wanted to be in the dark. Worst hotel I've ever been to. They don't even have a lift and there was no lighting on the staircase which was a hazard especially when we were carrying large suitcases around. DO NOT GO HERE !! It is nothing like the photos that are on Expedia so do not be fooled by the laptop that they placed on the bed to look fancy cause it's disgusting. I would rather sleep in a tent and wash in a bucket than stay at this place. If I could give minus stars I would.

One look at hotel Balladins outside is an indication of what is on offer inside. The corridor was dirty in appearance and the room was not habitable. Left and went else where. Please clean up this place. We went to Hotel F1 close by it was very clean and the manager Omar is very helpful and friendly.

Got to the hotel at almost midnight. I do like the self check in but once we got to the room, it went downhill. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, the sheets looked like that hadn't been changed and the blankets were stained, with what I don't want to know. I slept fully clothed and almost went out to sleep in my car. It was that bad. The shower was filthy and taking a shower made me feel dirtier. I stayed here last year and it was a very nice experience. This time, I had booked for the weekend but left this morning and found a much nicer hotel for just over double the cost. To me it is worth the extra money for comfort. I guess this placing being far out and away from everything is the cause for it's decay. I WILL NOT stay here again. Even if it was free.

Rooms are very small, not good at all for family, dirty bed, insects.
