Excellent staff transportation was excellent overall hotel was OK. Personally, I think the rooms need to be upgraded. The beds seem to be quite used.

The room was clean but too humid. Bad smell. The window has stains and almost blocked the whole sight. Breakfast is fine and efficient. Free parking is great. The poor smells and never seen any guest use the pool.

Room 511 needs some attention and updating. The counter at the bathroom sink is detached from the wall. I was visiting Houston for my granddaughter’s surgery. Mentally I really needed to work out, your website showed a picture of a treadmill, when I got there no treadmill and the elliptical machine wasn’t working. It would have been better if you had a rack of free weights too. I also needed a wine bottle opener and the only one that was offered needless to say was broken also. I walked around the corner to the nearest hotel and had to ask them to open it for me. Your property needs updating for sure but, it was clean and I did appreciate that!

Staff and location were great, the only nitpick is the halls/rooms felt a little aged, but honestly that's me trying to find something wrong, perfect place to stay for Houston Medical

Front desk employees were very nice and pleasant… much better experience than the past. Room appeared cleaner, too. Breakfast was simple, sufficient, but not too many options. Overall pleased.

We were there due to medical needs. Only complaint was no shuttle on the weekend. Otherwise just fine.
