SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Houston Medical Center

I absolutely loved my stay here! The front desk attendant was very kind and professional both when I checked in and out. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything worked properly and they even allowed me a late check out at no additional cost because I was dealing with chronic medical conditions and had just gotten out of the emergency room the morning I checked in. I wasn't aware of this but the front desk attendant told me they offer a medical discount as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay and rest.

Needs to improve breakfast items they tried to offer me a microwaveable biscuit,but other than that it’s ok.

The room and location were nice but they need to work on those room bathrooms

We brought our grandkids to Houston, Texas in order to go to the Houston museum of natural science. The room was comfortable, but not very roomy. It did offer a refrigerator and a microwave. The mattresses were comfortable as where the pillows the bathrooms are a little dated and probably could use a touchup but we’re clean. All in all, I would recommend this hotel because the staff was very friendly and it had secured parking. It is near all medical centers and downtown points of interest. We enjoyed our time there, the grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool very much which by the way is an indoor swimming pool.

Near where I needed to go and shuttle for most times I needed one.

It’s a nice property, this is the second time I book here with my family. Will be coming again at the end of August.

Smells like mold . Lobby is nice but ones you go up
