Old facility but very convenient

Our stay was satisfactory. The weekend breakfast was good. The room was a bit dated but it was comfortable and very roomy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, will be definitely staying again. The only thing we hated was the elevators they were slow.

When we arrived for check in the power was out. There was no one around to answer questions and we were not able to check in. We had to pay for another room at another hotel for the night. Will not use Expedia again!!!

The hotel was having power outages. We had to wait for our room. And had to use the stairs. Room keys could not be made. Had to be let in by desk clerk with master key. The power went complete out a couple hours after we checked in. Was out for 45 minutes. Came back on and stayed on until we left the next morning. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. They never became frustrated. The hotel itself is getting run down and could use some updates.

Hotel is fantastic would definitely stay there again. The only thing that threw me off was the naked homeless man with the wiener flapping all over the place taking a shower in the parking garage.

Great location for accessing Houston. Staff was pleasant. Very outdated room. Not clean! There were leftover items/trash from previous guest and discovered ants n bathroom, tub, coffee counter. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Parking seemed unsafe; dumpster trash overflowing and fence knocked down.
