Hotel is in amazing location, right next to shops and walk right onto beach from the hotel pool. Everyone at front desk was very accommodating to our little dog and me and wife for anniversary trip even sent us up an anniversary card, chocolate covered pretzels and strawberry’s and a doggy bandana lol. Room service hit the spot too.

Adrian was awesome - the entire staff was! They took care of our every need!

I spent a girls weekend here, and for over $800 a night the service was embarrassing to say the least. The lobby has not been renovated, the front desk help and bartender were not willing to help or friendly. The separate elevators to get to your room are old, smelly, small and not worth the $800 price. The beach access chairs are rusted and old. I cannot describe to you my shock after suggesting staying here to my out of town friends. The only good part was the room. Do not expect to get ahold of anyone on the hotel phone. There are no ice machines, no new towels to be given. No service at all, no late check outs accepted. 1/10 rating, just for the room.

The remodeled room was nice, no complaints on the room itself. However, the experience as a whole was unimpressive and no where near the value paid. We spent over $800 on a basic oceanfront room that in my opinion had a value of $250-400 max. First, we arrive at the hotel and no one even offers to grab our bags and take them to our room. We are 3 women stuck lugging all of our bags to the room with no help from a bell hop. We then tried calling down to the guest services to ask for a robe- we called twice, and it would just ring and ring and ring- no answer. We then had to walk down to the front desk to make this request. Then we went to go to the pool to find out that there’s only one open bar in the entire hotel, which is in the lobby and doesn’t even offer popular drinks that are normally offered at beachside hotels- couldn’t get a piña colada or a spicy margarita. At this price point, we were surprised that the pool was not even remodeled, it was outdated and un impressive. So we then walked over to the beach, where a gentleman handed us old rusty, dirty chairs that looked like they had been picked up off the beach years ago. There was nowhere to even have breakfast or get food in the hotel other than that tiny little shop with chips. They also denied us for a late check out when I had told the front desk in advance and again the morning of requested 30 minutes so that the bride can get an in room massage since your spa was closed.. I understand that the hotel is going through remodeling, but it should be priced accordingly until it is complete and the service should be making up for all that it is lacking and it is absolutely not. I could hardly find anyone who worked there whenever I had questions. And even more shocking was that I had made a note that it was my friend’s bachelorette party and not even a chocolate or a nice note or any type of small gesture was made to acknowledge this. unless they drop their prices- do not pay more than $400/night for this place.

We liked the location, right on the beach. Room was clean, but had no chair. Just renovated, so there were a few kinks being worked out, but overall a good stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, but you need a reservation to avoid long waits.

From the valet Jonny was fantastic. Front desk girl didn’t get her name but she was very kind and helpful. Ana served us our complimentary wine provided great conversation! From Start to finish was excellent. Renovations are going well we just hope it will stay affordable cause we want to come back! Thank you:)
