Amazing service and hospitality

My husband got me a night away for my birthday. The room was oceanfront and newly renovated. Perfectly laid out with the bed facing the sliders so I could lounge in bed with my book and gaze out into the ocean. A plate of scrumptious treats were in my room with a birthday card from the staff. Sweet touch. The valet is required and they were so wonderful and just simply kind. George was excellent and flexible with the fact I didn’t have my tesla card - he just worked with what we had!

Quick weekend trip for a birthday party in town. Renovations are coming along nicely. The new rooms are immaculate, great new look, very comfy bed, very nice upgrades to the bathroom. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Great hotel, bathroom showers are too small hopefully this will be fixed one day or at least do one floor or end units with larger bathrooms literally the smalled shower I have ever experienced in a luxury hotel. Great location, decor, and exceptional food.

Celebrated church anniversary in a buffet style setting. The service and friendly staff was top notched. Thank you to Toni, Chris, Juan, Gibbes, John for making us feel special. The food including desserts were flavorful and very good.

Amy and Toni are some of the true stars of the staff at the Dune House. They both went above and beyond to make our stay and experience exceptional. The newly renovated rooms are light, refreshing and relaxing. Can't wait to see the rest of the remodeling effort.

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff but it has ways to go to live up to the online images that they advertise. I know that the remodeling was supposed to be finished in spring of 2026 but it is not, so we couldn't use lots of the amenities.

We got married at Dune House and we were actually their first wedding, since the remodel and renaming. First off, the hotel staff is amazing. They make you feel very welcome and special. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Shelly, who helped us coordinate the wedding was absolutely wonderful to work with and made everything so easy. We were able to put together an amazing wedding in about 30 days with her help. The food was also amazing, from the Hors d'oeuvres, to the salads and cold bar with shrimp and crab claws, to the buffet which consisted of flat iron steak (incredibly tender), citrus snapper, parmesan crusted chicken and a really good pork option with a few different options for sides. All of the food was a 10/10. The Chef and the kitchen staff's attention to detail in the presentation and the flavor was first class. There was never a moment that my wife or I ever felt like something could have been done differently. The staff operated like a fine tuned machine, focused on perfection and executed, to the highest degree. I never imagined we can actually put together and have a stress free wedding, but The Dune House made it possible. The all new renovated room was also beautiful and well thought out, we had a wonderful view of ocean from the 7th floor. All in all this is an absolutely wonderful hotel with great management and a staff that is eager to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Bravo to the Dune House and their amazing staff.
