Jayden and Andrew were amazing, and the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. Adrian, Laura, and Ms. Garner truly provide that Chick-fil-A level of customer service—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. I have medical conditions that require both a CPAP and an oxygen concentrator, and they not only noted everything carefully but also made sure the pickup process went smoothly. That kind of care means everything. We’ve been coming here for years and truly love it. It’s the staff that keeps us coming back—they go above and beyond, every time. Even the bartender, a handsome gentleman with a beard, was intentional about learning our names and made our drinks like we were in Miami. I’m a little nervous about the new rates, but I hope you’ll continue offering the GA or travel agent rate. Thank you for all that you do!

Entire staff was great, including valet parking, check-in, hospitality and maintenance. Made out stay very enjoyable despite the ongoing renovations.

Last of the Mohicans type of hotel, independently owned and managed. We loved it. We went for a weekend of renewal, Hotel is still undergoing renovations yet we still were most impressed Adrian and Alyssa were amazing. The views awesome. Some advice to the owners, this should be a 5 star hotel and minor details should be addressed, I assume they will be once construction is over. We will do this again.

I love the renovated rooms ! We have been staying at this hotel for close to 40 years. Shannon the front desk manager made our anniversary stay special. She always goes out of her way to make everything perfect from rose petals and swans on bed to chocolate covered strawberries and wine. An upgrade to the room was so appreciated too !!! We will probably have 3 or 4 more visits this year.

We had such a great stay at Dune House. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the team throughout the property—was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Alyssa, the front desk supervisor, Amber, the Director of Rooms, and Anna from F&B, along with Jadon from valet. And all of the bartenders were especially great, making everything feel relaxed and easy. It’s one of those places where the people truly make the difference. Even with the renovation happening, they’ve created an atmosphere that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and well taken care of. We would absolutely come back.
