"Amazing gem in the Jacksonville area"

Located in a walkable area with many restaurants and great activities nearby, direct beach access from the back of the hotel. Newly renovated rooms breathe new life into the resort that’s guests will appreciate. The great Housekeeping and Fromt desk team do an excellent job caring for the guests!

Great location

Making customers pay for parking $35 per day is crazy. Cleaning wasn’t done in rooms and getting basic hotel services were nonexistent. They also didn’t inform us that renovations were being done during our stay. High prices paid for a bad experience.

The whole place is ripped up in construction. DO NOT GO UNTIL THEY ARE DONE. The staff is still wonderful, but LOUD, DUSTY, DIRTY. No spa, no gym.
