Beautiful ocean view, staff went out of their way to accommodate during renovations and exceeded expectations. A special shout out to the valet service team for their professionalism and kindness during our entire stay.

We had an excellent time at Dune House. The room was relaxing and clean. The staff was welcoming and very attentive to our needs. The overall experience was fantastic. The local restaurants were within walking distance, which made for a pleasant walk in the evening.

We’ve been coming to this property for approx eight years and wanted to share a little perspective during their renovation process. As a former restaurant and hotel manager, I know firsthand how challenging it is to complete a major renovation while still operating and taking care of guests at the same time. What stood out to me is how hard the staff is working to make everyone comfortable and happy despite the temporary disruptions. Every interaction we’ve had has been positive, professional, and accommodating. Trameka and Deborah were beyond hospitable. They went out of their way to make my birthday very special. It was completely unexpected and what true hospitality is all about. I’ve witnessed a few complaints over very small inconveniences, and I think it’s only fair to remember that a renovation of this size comes with temporary adjustments. The important thing to mote is the effort being made, and this team is genuinely trying very hard!!! The updates we’ve seen so far look beautiful, I love the new aesthetic, slightly boho chic and we’re excited to see the finished result. We’ll absolutely continue returning and supporting this property. Please be patient with them, it will be worth it.

Paid over $700 for two weekday nights during renovation. I would not return until completed. No bar, restaurant, gym, etc. Lobby in temporary location on second floor. Wanted to be on the beach, so stayed there knowing situation. But, wouldn't do it again. Staff members polite and helpful. Attendants at beach do a very good job.

Michael Mimbs is the best bartender at the beach. Very friendly very professional

best place to park and walk to all places. never need to get back in the car. great restaurants and night life. i have come 3 years in a row. Will come again next year
