Dune House Hotel & Spa

the hotel is beautiful and in an adorable location. even tho our room wasn’t advertised as ocean front we could still see the ocean. good shopping and restaurants nearby. hotel is valet only- my guys Jayden Anthony and Madeas treated us right all weekend!

Great experience the valet guys were awesome and we’re very quick and responsive. Very appreciated that they held the door open for us as well.

Jason and Mathias are amazing and very helpful. They were both courteous, polite and charming. We enjoyed our stay.

They didn't tell me they were undergoing a rennovation until AFTER I booked my reservation. The spa, restaurant, and pool were all unavailable. And they charged me full price. It didn't help that you could only valet park. This has caused me to lose trust in this hotel. Don't stay at a hotel if you can't trust the owners to provide you with what they say they can deliver!

My stay at the Dune House was an amazing experience only because of these wonderful people that work so hard at this beautiful hotel. To begin Shannon, the hotel manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and always has a positive attitude no matter what is going on. She is so kind and friendly as well. Trameka is also a very hard worker and always has a smile on her face. Lastly Anna is so sweet and friendly but all work very hard and make everyone feel good and happy. I highly recommend this beautiful newly renovated hotel to anyone wanting to have a great positive relaxing beach experience with great group 😊

Significant construction. Thin walled rooms. Lack of bathroom hooks. No indoor pool.

The staff was great especially Johnny (younger staff member). He made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars to try. Even though Dune house is under renovation the ocean view room was spectacular. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I will be back.

Matias was an amazing valet he treated us with great respect and we haven’t had better service. Definitely reccomend dune house

Service could use some improvement for the price and the reputation of this hotel as a luxury destination in Jax. Restaurant is not available still due to renovations which was communicated prior to arrival but the food options they did have were extremely limited; could stock the pantry area better in lieu of no restaurant. Elevator went out potentially due to construction worker use. Room was beautifully decorated though and location is great. Hopefully, once the reno is completely done it will improve just unfortunate it was not fully up to par just yet for the cost.
