Hotel Misión Monterrey Centro Histórico

The air conditioner in the elevator didn't work. Only one elevator was working and was very slow. the rooms don't have telephone to call the lobby. In the washroom there was a very bad smell the towels were percussed. One day we did't have water at all, I went to the lobby and nobody was there, for a long time Finally we got water but was cold. The soap and the shampoo are really bad In the restaurant the tray for the cutlery was dirty. The TV was on at the restaurant all the time but you could't see anything because somebody didn't cancel what was asked by the TV system. etc, etc. The surroundings of the hotel are dangerous

Muy centrica y muy favil de llegar, limpia solo que el agua caliente solo era tibia, el shampo olia muy mal.olor como que no servia, y solo una vez pusieron botellas de agua

The room it was dirty the carpet was dirty they didn’t vacuum it was a tooth pick on the window we talked to the maintenance manager and he said they were not employees to clean the room to wait until the morning he gave us a feee breakfast for the inconvenience but still we expected something clean becouse we paid for that

The staff in reception to rude

I don’t like customer service. Also the photos they have on the website they are a lot different, I wouldn’t stay in that hotel again

Dirty room not good to ocupan

It was okay but the room was in very bad condition and the bathroom was dirty. No hot water for two days. The receptionist service was nice. A/C is not good in the restaurant. I hope they improve the quality of the bedrooms and bathroom. They don't clean my room 😡
