The staff was correct, listening..

The room was EXTRA DIRTY like not cleaned, as idlf they forgot to clean it for months!!!, the staff was not responsive when I let them know! Just ignored me. No heater( probably all the room, as we heard another client complaining as well) No hot water, just barely warm.

Just location!!!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty bathroom, dirty toilet , we didn't have a shower curtain!!!! Bed sheets smelled to humidity. Worst experience ever
