La ubicación es perfecta, no usamos el auto para movernos.

La habitación asignada olía mal, solicité cambio de habitación y amablemente lo hicieron. La piscina no estaba climatizada, no era posible usarla, indicaron que estaba en mantenimiento.

Stay was nice

I don’t like the fact that my driver license was left at the front desk and I was not made aware of it by the staff nor returned to me on check out. I called and made sure they had them when I realized what happened on December 31 2025 I was assured that they would mail them to me I called again on January 11 and they told me again that they was going to mail them to me that week. I still not received them. I have called again and left a message for the manager to call me and I haven’t received a call back. Very disappointing this is going on and not getting resolved. Now I’m looking at a 15 fee to get my driver license replaced. Thanks. For the 600 plus dollars I sent on two nights and they can’t simple mail me my driver license
